Product description

Acrylic, water-based three-component gel with low viscosity, retaining elasticity after curing.

Properties

  • material approved for contact with drinking water
  • can bind water during the reaction
  • after setting, it has a swelling capacity of up to 10% by weight
  • in a dry environment it can dry out and reduce its volume; after contact with water, it returns to its original volume
  • due to its low viscosity, the product can be injected into materials with small pores

Application

  • sealing of external walls in contact with the ground by means of curtain injection (injection into the ground)
  • surface injection of highly porous or scratched elements in a building
  • making horizontal diaphragms in walls using the pressure injection technique
  • sealing the channel in, voids, tunnels, joints in concrete and masonry elements

Technical data

  • solubility - miscible with water
  • viscosity 4 mPa s / + 20 ° C
  • water resistance 7 bar
  • application temperature> +5 ° C
  • reaction time start of viscosity increase 4 min / + 20 ° C
  • gel time 6 min / + 20 ° C
  • final hardening 15 minutes / + 20 ° C
  • resistance to changing humidity cycles meets (according to PN EN 1504-5)
  • minimum consumption: about 40 kg / m, average 50 kg / m (curtain injection); about 4 kg / m per 10 cm of wall thickness (structural injection - saturation of the pores in the wall); about 2.4 kg / m per 10 cm of wall thickness (horizontal diaphragm in the walls)
  • a three-component set: A1 - 20 kg, A2 - 1 kg, B - 0.4 kg
