Product description

One-component assembly and sealing foam designed for professional installation of window and door frames made of wood, hard PVC, steel and aluminum. It is also used in many other applications such as: filling in culverts, breakthroughs and crevices in walls, installation and supplementation of thermal insulation of roofs and ceilings in, insulation system, water networks and central heating, damping and silencing of partition walls, joining and gluing.

properties

  • Excellent adhesion to typical materials used in construction
  • Permanent elasticity and shape stability - no contraction in primary and secondary
  • High thermal insulation and fine-grained structure
  • Short curing time - depending on air temperature and humidity - up to 6 hours
  • A wide range of operating temperatures - from +5 C to +35 C
  • High performance with free foaming - up to 48 L.

Preparation for use

  • Clean the surface from dust, dirt and grease.
  • Frames open before applying the foam.
  • Protect the joinery with foil or adhesive tape.
  • Container temperature at least +10 C to +35 C - optimally +20 C.
  • Shake the container vigorously about 20-30 times immediately before use.
  • Screw the can onto the gun.
  • Working position of the container - valve downwards.
  • Moisten the surface with plenty of water.
  • Fillings with a width of not more than 5 cm fill in 50% of their depth - the foam increases its volume during curing.
  • Fill the gaps wider than 5 cm in layers and moisten each layer with water.
  • The foam flow can be adjusted by pressing the gun trigger.
  • After curing, remove excess foam mechanically, e.g. with a knife.
  • It is best to use the opened packaging until the end.
  • Fresh foam stains can be removed with acetone.
  • Hardened foam should be protected and protected with paint, plaster or other materials protecting against UV rays.
  • After finishing work, clean the gun with a polyurethane foam cleaner.

attention

When mounting doors and window frames, follow the manufacturer's instructions - mechanical connectors are recommended. Store the container at +5 C to +30 C in an upright position. Shelf life: 12 months.
