Water-borne, one-component, flexible, ready-to-use acrylic resin based on polymer and copolymer, which, when cured, forms a high-quality coating resistant to weathering, alkaline agents and aging processes. It is used where there is a risk of scratches and the need for their bridging.
Features
- reduces the surface water absorption of concrete
- reduces the absorption of harmful substances
- inhibits diffusion of CO2
- waterproof coating
- has excellent substrate adhesion
- it is characterized by high resistance to stains and dirt, it is possible to wash the finished coating
- retains high color stability
- it does not inhibit the diffusion of water vapor
- increases resistance to frost and salt spray
- resistant to ultraviolet radiation and changing weather conditions
- resistant to rules
- the flexibility of the coating enables possible scratches to be bridged in the structure
Application
The product is used for the protection and protection of concrete structures exposed to direct weathering, especially bridges, flyovers, cooling towers, reinforced concrete tanks in sewage treatment plants - their external surfaces. The material can also be applied to surfaces such as stone, brick, asbestos, concrete, wood and cork.
Purpose of protective coatings
- surface protection of concrete against the harmful effects of water, frost and pollutants in the atmosphere
- making decorative coatings
- refreshing existing water dispersion coatings
- anticorrosive protection of concrete
- protection of concrete elements in which possible scratches must be bridged by the coating
